<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that eating only the batter portion of a conventional tempura batter of a shrimp having little flavor of the shrimp gives no feeling of eating the shrimp, i.e., the batter is desired to be as shrimp-flavored as in eating the body of the shrimp, and that a portion of the shrimp tempura having the shrimp tail fin frequently remains to leftovers due to the tough tail fin. <P>SOLUTION: The shrimp tail fin is powdered and mixed in the batter, thereby enabling all the shrimp tempura including the batter to be enjoyed fully, and leaving no leftover tail fin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
