<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional molecule facilitating the amplification by PCR or the like even if two or more kinds of modified nucleotide units having different substituents are included, to provide an amidide for synthesizing the functional molecule usable for the synthesis of the functional molecule, and to provide a target material-analyzing method using them. <P>SOLUTION: The functional molecule contains a modified nucleotide unit to which a substituent is introduced so as to be eliminated from a base. The amidide for synthesizing the functional molecule used for the production of the functional molecule is obtained by introducing the substituent so as to be eliminable from the base. The target material-analyzing method including a random pool-making step for making a random pool of the functional molecules, a selection step for selecting a desired functional molecule, and an amplification step for amplifying the selected functional molecule further includes an eliminating step for eliminating the substituent from the selected functional molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
