PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution server for distributing contents reflected with tastes of users in a group, to which the user is belonging, to provide a content distribution system with the content distribution server, and to provide a content distribution program. SOLUTION: In the content distribution server, already read information including the presence/absence of the browsing of content, the browsing date and time of content, the browsing frequency of content, the browsing number of times of content, and evaluation applied to content by a user is acquired from a terminal, and stored (S225). Then, when the content is distributed to the terminal (S230: Yes), a group to which a user who has used the terminal is belonging is specified, and which of the content stored in the content distribution server should be distributed is determined based on the already read information of the user composing the group (S240).
