PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, capable of rapidly and accurately reporting, when a general user senses abnormal operation of a transport facility on which the user is, the state thereof to an operation department of the transport facility. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal includes a position information output part which outputs position information of the mobile terminal; a sensor part 108, which outputs an electric signal according to the magnitude of a detected physical quantity; a time generation part 107 which provides time information to each part within the mobile terminal; a data transmitting and receiving part 101, which wirelessly performs transmitting and receiving of data with the outside; a terminal control part 110, which monitors the output of the sensor and retrieves information for specifying the transport facility which is being used by the user from a database by the use of the position information and the time; and a mail forming part 102 which forms a mail from the content of the output of the sensor and the information for specifying the transport facility.
