PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make understandable intensity of a relevancy between link information set in a Web content such as a Web manual and an original page. SOLUTION: The intensity of relevancy is disclosed to a browser by displaying relevancy information of each page based on past page transition information of a plurality of browsers. When the relevancy between pages is calculated, relevancies between a certain page and the next page and further between the next page and the page after the next are calculated. When the relevancy between pages is displayed, the relevancies between the certain page and the next page and further between the next page and the page after the next are displayed in a tree structure.
