PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting apparatus capable of observing and inspecting a nozzle face or the like without removing a fluid jetting head, and a maintenance method. SOLUTION: The fluid jetting apparatus 100 for jetting a fluid toward a material P to which the fluid is jetted from the fluid jetting head, is equipped with an image picking-up part capable of picking-up an image of the nozzle face of the fluid jetting head. The image picked up by the image picking-up part is displayed on a displaying part 130 arranged on the outer face of a housing body of the main body.
