PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container capable of effectively removing air in the vicinity of an opening of an ink feeding inlet or the like when a liquid such as an ink is poured inside, and an ink cartridge equipped with this. SOLUTION: The ink cartridge 10 is equipped with an ink cartridge 10 constituted of a frame part 110. An outer peripheral wall 111 is provided on the frame part 110. A channel 277 is formed on the end part in the width direction of the outer peripheral wall 111. A bypass 270 is composed of the outer edge part of the outer peripheral wall 111 and a film 70 covering the right side face 106 of the frame 110. This bypass 270 is extended to a hole 275 of a valve storing room 120 from an communicating hole 272 of an ink pouring part 150.
