<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a starter so that a reduction ratio becomes larger without impairing compactness. <P>SOLUTION: The starter is equipped with a motor shaft 4 and constitutes a motor section M mounted inside a casing C, and besides constitutes a speed reducing mechanism section D comprising first and second speed reducing mechanisms D1, D2 which are equipped with a motor shaft distal end 4a acting as a sun gear and a first output shaft apical end 11d, first and second brackets 9, 12 acting as a ring gear, first and second planetary gears 10 which each perform an orbital motion around peripheries of the motor shaft distal end 4a and first output shaft 11, first and second output shafts 11, 14 which rotate integrally with each of the orbital motions of the first and second planetary gears 10. The first and second brackets 9, 12 of the speed reducing mechanism section D and the casing C of the motor section M are fixed in a state displaced radially in relation to an intermediate bracket 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
