PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed type vibration control device with novel structure, suppressing generation of abnormal noise or vibration, by reducing or avoiding negative pressure generated in a main liquid chamber in input of an impact vibration load. SOLUTION: A fluid chamber 56 in which fluid is sealed is formed between an elastic rubber wall 46 closing an opening part of a cylindrical housing 38 and a flexible film 52. A liquid seal unit 36 connects, through an orifice passage 80, the main liquid chamber 76 with an auxiliary liquid chamber 78 which are formed on both sides sandwiching a partition member 58 dividing the fluid chamber 56 into two. A first mounting member 12 is fixed to one end part of a main body rubber elastic body 16, and on the other hand, the liquid-seal unit 36 is disposed on the other end part to overlap the elastic rubber wall 46 with an end face of the main body rubber elastic body 16, so as to constitute a second mounting member 14 including the cylindrical housing 38 fixed to the main body rubber elastic body 16 and to form an air communication passage 87 making the overlapped surfaces of the elastic rubber wall 46 and the main body rubber elastic body 16 communicate to the air.
