PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle dispersion having excellent dispersibility and storage stability. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a fine particle dispersion wherein fine particles composed of one or more of metals, alloys and metal compounds and having a particle diameter of≤150 nm are dispersed in a polar organic solvent having an amide group, and having an organic solvent concentration of≥10 vol.% and a dielectric constant of≥10, and is characterized in that the average secondary aggregation size of the fine particles in the dispersion is≤500 nm.
