PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing capable of reducing torque, and capable of improving seizure resistance, by smoothing a flow of lubricating oil to between a large end surface of tapered rollers and a roller guide surface of a large collar of an inner ring. SOLUTION: This tapered roller bearing has the inner ring 10, an outer ring 20, a plurality of tapered rollers 30 and a cage 40. A annular guiding member 50 guiding the lubricating oil flowing toward an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 20, toward an outer peripheral surface of the large collar 12 of the inner ring 10 via a pocket 43 of the cage 40, is openably-closably installed via an elastic body 51 in an end part of the outer ring 20 to the large collar 12 side of the inner ring 10. When a penetrating oil quantity of lubricating oil is little, the annular guiding member 50 is arranged in a closing state by energizing force of the elastic body 51. When the penetrating oil quantity of lubricating oil is much, the annular guiding member is displaced in an opening state of separating from an end surface 22 of the outer ring 20 against the energizing force of the elastic body 51 by receiving flowing pressure of its lubricating oil. A discharge port 53 of the lubricating oil is formed between an inner diameter surface of the annular guiding member 50 and the outer peripheral surface of the large collar 12 of the inner ring 10.
