摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display device for suppressing the reduction in writing efficiency at a low temperature, a driving method of the electrophoretic display device, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A low potential voltage VSS is applied to a segment electrode SEG0 for black display, and a high potential voltage VDD is applied to a segment electrode SEG1 for white display. The high potential voltage VDD and the low potential voltage VSS are alternately inverted and applied to a common electrode COM periodically. The segment electrode SEG1 to which the high potential voltage VDD is applied is set to a high impedance (Hi-Z) in a period t1 when the high potential voltage VDD is applied to the common electrode COM, and the segment electrode SEG0 to which the low potential voltage VSS is applied is set to a high impedance in a period t2 when the low potential voltage VSS is applied to the common electrode COM.
