PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a latch mechanism of an opening/closing member, in a hook of a type which can open the opening/closing member to the outside of a hook body, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The opening/closing member 3 is rotatably attached to a shaft hole 5 disposed to one side end part of an open part 4 of the hook 1, so as to form an endless annular body together with the hook body 2. The shaft hole 5 is in a shape of long hole allowing turning and opening/closing of the member 3 and making the member 3 to be slidable. A pin 10 and the spring 11 are disposed to the member 3 to urge the member 3 to prevent the release from the hook main body 2. For closing the member 3 from the state where the member 3 is opened, the member 3 is slid, a tip part 3a of a free end is moved to be close to a shaft hole 5 side than an outer part 8b of a recess groove 8, to cross over the part 8b. By rotating the member 3, the tip part 3a is abutted to a wall 8a of the inside part of the recess groove 8 to form an endless annular hook. The member 3 is opened by the reverse procedure.
