摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structure which has both excellent heat radiation characteristics and rigidity. SOLUTION: The composite structure is constituted by joining: a fiber-reinforced resin material (I) comprising a continuous reinforced fiber (a), a matrix resin (b) and at least one kind of a thermal conductive additive (c) selected from among carbon, ceramic, a material having a core of an inorganic material covered with a thermal conductive substance, a material having a core of an organic material covered with a thermal conductive substance, and a metal group; and a metal member (II). In the composite structure, the fiber-direction thermal conductivity of the reinforced fiber (a) constituting the fiber-reinforced resin member (I) is not smaller than 10 W/m×K, and the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive additive (c) is higher than that of the reinforced fiber (a).
