PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator capable of easily sampling a specimen attached on a specimen support without relying on a skilled person. SOLUTION: Since a voltage of high-frequency waveform is applied on a piezoelectric element used for a drive source of a nanopositioner for a fine adjustment of pipettes 24, 34 in indicating of a vibration mode, attaching to a base 22 of the specimen can be released by the vibration and sampling of the specimen can be simplified.
