PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for a game hall, which is capable of supporting effective stand replacement (number-of-stand change). SOLUTION: The management device 1 for the game hall includes: an operation signal fetch means 12 for fetching the operation signal of a game stand; an operation data sum-up means 11 for summing up operation data based on the number of fetched operation signals; a game degree calculation means 15 for calculating a game degree; a full occupancy time specifying means 14 for specifying the unit time during which the game degree exceeds a prescribed threshold as the full occupancy time; a full occupancy rate calculation means 13 for calculating a full occupancy rate indicating the ratio that the full occupancy time occupies in the unit time; a game coefficient calculation means 16 for calculating a game coefficient indicating the change degree of the operation data after change to the operation data before the change; a number-of-stand change database 18 for relating the game coefficient to the full occupancy rate before the change and storing it.
