<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source step-down circuit for suppressing an increase in an internal power source supply voltage due to switching of the operation state of a load circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The power source step-down circuit is provided with: a Tract which has a drain connected to VDD, steps down the VDD by NGAA input to a gate when a load is in an active state and supplies an internal power source voltage VAA to the load connected to a source; a Tract which has a drain connected to the VDD, steps down the VDD by the NGAA input to the gate when the load is in a standby state and supplies the VAA to the load connected to the source; and a current control circuit 11 for supplying a control current Im from the VAA to GND during transition from the active state to the standby state of the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
