摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To axially uniform a transmission load of tooth flanks of a male screw member and a female screw member of a feed screw mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: In the feed screw mechanism, the female screw member 96 fixed to the inside of an output rod 33 is screwed with the male screw member 95 of which the one end side in an axis L direction is connected to a driving source, so that the output rod 33 is moved in the axis L direction with respect to the male screw member 95 by the relative rotation of the male screw member 95 and the female screw member 96. Since the female screw member 96 is coupled to the output rod 33 at the axially other end side in the axis L direction by a screw coupling portion 97, when pulling loads in directions away from each other are applied to the output rod 33 and the male screw member 95, application of a compression load from the output rod 33 to the female screw member 96 can be prevented. Pulling loads can be applied to both of the male screw member 95 and the female screw member 96, and a load uniform in the direction of the axis L is transmitted to tooth flanks of the threaded members 95 and 96, so that the durability and the smooth operation are ensured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
