<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate a route guide function to guide a route from a departure place to a destination with a schedule management function and to obtain the destination for the route guide function from a scheduled place even though the scheduled place is presented as schedule information of any type. <P>SOLUTION: When arbitrary schedule information is chosen by a user's operation, a central control part 1 determines the arrival time and date from a 'start time and date' in the schedule information, reads a 'start candidate place' corresponding to a 'time zone' included in the present time and date by retrieving a time zone/start candidate place table TST based on the present time acquired from RTC 10, reads an 'arrival place' corresponding to the 'scheduled place' in the schedule information chosen by the user from a scheduled place/arrival place conversion table CGT, and guides a ride route from the start candidate place (get-on station) to the arrival place (get-off station). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
