摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel and a radiation image sensor with improved optical transmission efficiency by improving the reflectivity of a reflective layer. SOLUTION: In a scintillator panel 10 comprising: a scintillator layer 2 for converting radiation into light; a radiation transparent substrate 1 for supporting the scintillator layer 2; a reflective layer 3 for emitting light converted in the scintillator layer 2 outside; and a dielectric layer 6, the reflective layer 3, the dielectric layer 6, the radiation transparent substrate 1b and the scintillator layer 2 are disposed in this order, and, further, the radiation transparent substrate 1b has 5% or more transmittance of the light converted in the scintillator layer 2, and a refractive index of the dielectric layer 6 is smaller than that of the radiation transparent substrate 1b.
