METHOD FOR ACCURATELY DETERMINING GLYCEMIC CONTROL STATE AND LIVER FUNCTION IN LIVER DISEASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and accurately measuring a glycemic control state and liver reserve in a patient with liver disease. SOLUTION: In this method: conversion formulae of glycoalbumin and hemoglobin A1c are predetermined in a group without liver disease; measured values of a group with liver disease are converted into values of glycoalbumin or hemoglobin A1c; a glycemic control state can be accurately recognized by taking the average insensitively to liver reserve; and also, the liver reserve can be easily estimated by taking that ratio insensitively to a glycemic control state.
