PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control system, a cooling controller, a cooling control program and a cooling control method attaining energy saving by further reducing the stop frequency of a compressor or not stopping the compressor. SOLUTION: The cooling control system 1 comprises a refrigerating machine 10, piping 20, 40, a plurality of showcases 30a-30e and a centralized controller 50. The centralized controller 50 predicts timing to stop the compressor 11 from the state of a plurality of solenoid valves 31a-31e.
