PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a condition which is not easily affected by time fluctuation and to achieve stable multiuser MIMO transmission. SOLUTION: As the preprocessing of the calculation processing of transmission weight, the transmission function matrix of a terminal station is acquired first (step S2). Then, the singular value decomposition of the transmission function matrix is executed (step S3), and an eigen which is a right singular vector corresponding to a non-zero singular value is extracted (step S4). Further, an eigen vector in the case of the previously executed singular value decomposition is read (step S5), and time correlation for the respective intrinsic values is obtained (step S6). In this case, a new eigen vector is stored in a memory in preparation for the processing of the next time (sep S7). Thereafter, the eigen vector for which the time correlation obtained in the step S6 is a prescribed threshold or more is selected (step S8), and a conversion transmission function matrix which is the transmission function matrix to be used when obtaining the transmission weight is recorded (step S9).
