PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene-based polymer composition excellent in phase separation stability while maintaining good adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The chloroprene-based polymer composition is obtained by polymerizing 100 pts.mass of chloroprene monomer only or a mixture of chloroprene monomer and a monomer copolymerizable with chloroprene in the presence of 0.5-7.0 pts.mass of a rosin acid and/or a rosin acid metal salt as an emulsifier and hydrosulfite soda in an amount of 5-20 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the rosin acid metal salt, until the polymerization degree arrives at 60% or higher.
