PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and simple method enabling a user to open a packaging bag easily and utilizing the packaging bag continuously with the packaging bag hung. SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 with a header is constituted so that both side edges at the lower part of the header are applied as heat shield parts 4, a partial not-yet molten part 5 is provided at a position near the lower part of the header at its one side edge, two slits 6 are formed only at the surface film of the not-yet molten part, only the surface film is cut in a strip form with the slits being applied as seal opening start points, thereby an opening is formed and easy-seal opening means capable of opening a seal and a male-female fitting zipper enabling a re-sealing in a bag width direction on the inner surface of the bag are provided at each of both film inner surfaces as a female chuck and a male chuck, respectively.
