PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve an image including a plurality of faces. SOLUTION: In retrieving an image including a plurality of reference images from a plurality of target images including at least one image, a similarity calculation part 36 calculates the similarity of the faces included in the plurality of target images and each of the plurality of reference images. An index value calculation part 38 calculates an index value showing certainty including all the reference faces for each of the plurality of target images based on the calculated similarity.
