PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has long-period moire suppression effect with an inexpensive and simple structure. SOLUTION: The display device (1) is constituted by arranging first and second panels (first and second liquid crystal display panels 10A and 10B), and a transparent substrate (moire reducing member 40) having its surface roughened is disposed between the first and the second display panels (first and second liquid crystal display panels 10A and 10B).
