The bearing element has an outer stopper body (2.1) rotatable to a position (Pos.I) in which the body defines a distance (a) to a stopper body (5.1) supported on an inner connecting part (5). The body (2.1) is rotatable to another position in which the body (2.1) defines a small distance to an inner stopper (5.2) attached as a radially outward aligned projection at the body (5.1). The latter distance is smaller than the former distance, so that radial deflections of the inner connecting part are limited or blocked. The bodies are made of flexible material.
