A packing box is provided to complete packing by covering a containing part with a cover unit and to be transported after joining the cover unit and the containing part, without a carrying bag. A packing box(100) is composed of an article containing part(120); a cover unit(110) for covering the containing part; and at least one locking unit(200) between the containing part and the cover to fix the cover unit covering the containing part and the containing part. The locking unit comprises a locking groove portion(121) formed on the outer surface of the containing part and a hanging portion(210) protruded from the inner surface of the cover unit to the outer surface of the containing part in the predetermined length and inserted into the locking groove portion.
