A belt meandering preventing apparatus, a fusing apparatus and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to enable a belt meandering preventing unit to support an end portion of a fusing belt elastically in a width direction so as to buff reaction force applied to the end portion of the fusing belt, thereby preventing a damage and meandering of the fusing belt. A fusing apparatus includes a fusing roller(100), a fusing belt(200), a heat source(300), a guide member(400), and a belt meandering preventing unit(500). The fusing belt receives rotary power from the fusing roller to rotate. The heat source is installed in the fusing belt. The guide member is installed in the fusing belt to lead the fusing belt to rotate. The belt meandering preventing unit is installed on the guide member and supports an end portion of the fusing belt elastically in a width direction to prevent the meandering of the fusing belt.
