<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive airbag door part that secures both of strength and rigidity of the airbag door part, and a hinge function. <P>SOLUTION: A base material rupture expected part 13 is formed on a base material to surround a door part main body 9. A first skin rupture expected part 15a corresponding to sides except for a hinge part 11 side of the door part main body 9, and a pair of second skin rupture expected part 15b each of which extends from the first skin rupture expected part 15a on both sides orthogonal to the hinge part 11 side of the door part main body 9, are formed on the skin of the airbag part. The door part main body 9 is constituted in an inner region of the base material rupture expected part 13 and the first skin rupture expected part 15a. The hinge part 11 is constituted of a skin 5 formed in a band-like shape sandwiched by the pair of second skin rupture expected parts 15b and having a width corresponding to the extending amount of the second skin rupture expected parts 15b. Adhering force between the hinge part 11 and a base material 3 corresponding to the hinge part 11 is set weaker than the adhering force between the skin 5 and the base material 3 in another location. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
