<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiving apparatus and a broadcast receiving method which allows, regarding a broadcast program by which a use can make a recording reservation or a viewing reservation, the user to make sure reservation. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcast receiving apparatus receives broadcast contents and program information about respective broadcast programs and on the basis of program reservation information designating as a reserved program a broadcast program whose broadcast contents are reserved to be video-recorded, and video-records the reserved program for the reserved program. A system controller of the broadcast receiving apparatus carries out video recording reservation input processing to specify, from the program information and the program reservation information, a broadcast program which is broadcasted in future after a present time, and has a time that does not overlap with a time of one reserved program, as a reservation enabled program (S3, S4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
