<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct the continuous control of a camera even at the occurrence of a trouble. <P>SOLUTION: The camera control main device 40 is inquired about its status. It is detected whether the camera can be controlled via the camera control main device 40 based on whether information about a current state of the camera control main device 40 arrived within a predetermined period of time or not. Since there is no response from the camera control main device 40 when a troubles occurs in the camera control main device 40, the destination of camera control information is set to an appropriate camera-captured image receiver 20. When there is a response from the camera control device 40 about the information on its state, the destination of the camera control information is set to the camera control device 40. When the camera control device 40 is in a normal state, the camera control information from a camera-captured image receiver 50 is transmitted via the camera control main device 40.
