<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to listen to desired disaster information when reeded. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcast station 20 includes a multiplexing part 23 for multiplexing a plurality of pieces of disaster information provided from a disaster information providing system 10 which collects and provides disaster information together with position information, and a broadcast transmitting part 25 which delivers the multiplexed information as data broadcasting, and a receiving terminal 20 receives delivery of the broadcasting data therefrom. The receiving terminal 30 which received the data broadcasting for delivery of the multiplexed information separates the disaster information therefrom, and extracts the separated disaster information based on the position information thereof and position information provided from a position information providing part 33 to accumulate the disaster information.
