<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chips sprinkled on cooked rice, which are produced by finely chopping, seasoning, boiling and drying frozen-dried tofu and Koya tofu. <P>SOLUTION: A method is provided which comprises: a step (3) of finely chopping the Koya tofu (1) and frozen-dried tofu (2) (so as to be in a crepe state); a step (4) of seasoning them by using Tamari soy sauce, sweet sake and sake; a step (5) of boiling it along with white sesame and powdery Japanese pepper added thereto, and then drying them; and a step of sprinkling them on the cooked rice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
