<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection device, a code display device, an information collection method and an information collection system, capable of keeping credibility of information, by eliminating information from a non-applicable person, by collecting the information from the applicable person qualified for providing the information. <P>SOLUTION: This information collection device 1 collects the information from the applicable person qualified for providing the information via a network 3, and solves the problem by having a code recording means 10 recording a code generated from authentication information on a carriable recording medium, a recording medium accessible via the network or a broadcasting signal, an authentication means 21 authenticating authentication information by receiving the authentication information decoded from the code of the carried recording medium, the recording medium accessed via the network or the broadcasted broadcasting signal from a user terminal 2 via the network 3, an information registering means 22 registering the information accepted from the user terminal 2, and an information providing means 23 providing the registered information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
