<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household account book system for improving conscious of reducing CO<SB>2</SB>in an ordinary household. <P>SOLUTION: The household account book system has a CO<SB>2</SB>emission amount estimating computing means for estimating a direct and/or indirect CO<SB>2</SB>emission amount based on expenditure of a family budget. The emission amount of carbon dioxide is automatically displayed together with the income and expenditure of the family budget so as to display data of the estimated CO<SB>2</SB>emission amount together with income and expenditure data by a display 14. When a household account book user confirms the income and expenditure result, since the emission amount of carbon dioxide is simultaneously displayed, the numeric value is frequently confirmed. The household account book user can thereby know the emission amount of carbon dioxide for expenditure corresponding to an expenditure item in daily life, which gradually improves conscious of the emission amount of carbon dioxide in the ordinary household, resulting in increasing concern about a daily carbon dioxide emission problem on the entire level of a nation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
