<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system, in which a manager can objectively and easily acquire tendencies of all management object persons, while each management object person can easily prepare a report. <P>SOLUTION: The management system S comprises a server 1, a manager device 2, and a plurality of cellular phones 3 for management object person. Each cellular phone 3 transmits a report input on a report input screen to the server 1. The server 1 determines a report value for the received report and stores it in a storage part, determines, in response to a request from the manager device 2, a tendency of each management object person using the report value, and transmits list display data for the tendency of each management object person to the manager device 2.
