<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the lowest purchase price of component, out of commercial available components compatible with a component to be ordered including the component to be ordered, when ordering the component, and to reduce an expense required for purchasing the component. <P>SOLUTION: A component data of the commercial available components compatible with the component to be ordered including the ordered component is registered in a personal computer 1 and a storage memory in a main body 4 of the personal computer 1, to construct a compatible component database 8, the component data of the component to be ordered is input by a keyboard 2, when ordering the component, to select the component matched thereto from the compatible component database 8 in the main body 4, the most inexpensive purchase price of component is selected when the plurality of selected components exists, and a component order slip 9 prepared by the main body 4, based on the component data of the selected component, is automatically transmitted together with a printer 6 output to a prescribed ordering side by an electronic mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
