In the mode, the position of the valve element of the first three-way valve 350 is controlled to the position of the valve element where the circulating supply of the cooling water through the branched flow path 310c is carried out, and simultaneously a first motor-driven W/P320 is stopped, so that the cooling of the engine 200 is stopped.
