<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub which can be easily manufactured in a short work period at a low cost and can be easily reformed. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub 21 is constituted by attaching plate materials 28, 38 and 48 respectively to the outer surface and inner surface of the side wall part 23a and the inner surface of the bottom part 23b of a bathtub body 23 composed of FRP coated plywood 22 for which FRP coating 22b is executed to both surfaces of plywood 22a. The FRP coated plywood 22 is easily worked since it is basically woody and the bathtub body 23 is easily manufactured even for a bathtub in a curved shape. As a means for attaching the plate materials 28 and 38 on the inner and outer surfaces, a simple attaching means roughly similar to the one for the case of attaching them to a wood material can be adopted.
