<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for improving productivity by suppressing warpage of a cell substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module has a first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>where not less than two busbar electrodes 21a, 21b with an X direction as a longitudinal direction are arranged on a main surface; a second solar cell adjacent to a Y direction nearly orthogonally crossing an X direction of the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>, while not less than two busbar electrodes with the X direction as a longitudinal direction are arranged on a main surface; a first connection member 12 for electrically connecting the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>and a second solar cell; and not less than two second connection members 13a, 13b for electrically connecting not less than two busbar electrodes 21a, 21b and the first connection member 12. Not less than two second connection members 13a, 13b are bonded to the busbar electrodes 21a, 21b and the first connection member 12 so that the difference in the amount of thermal shrinkage between the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>and the first connection member 12 is absorbed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
