<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release tool, clip releasing method and mounting method, which enable to prevent a clip from deforming when releasing the clip. <P>SOLUTION: In this clip release tool 100 for releasing the clip 20 from a bracket main body of an orthodontic bracket 10, at least one end of the clip release tool includes a first projection 100-1 and a second projection 100-2. The first projection is formed to catch a step part 25 provided on the upper end of the clip or a catching cutout part substantially V-shaped, and the side surface forming the second projection opposite to the first projection abuts on the bracket body when the clip is released to thereby limit the movement of the clip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
