<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method and the like for a cylinder block capable of applying assembly deformation and deformation in a reverse direction on a cylinder bore after finish work and suppressing deterioration of the circularity of the cylinder bore during cylinder head assembly without causing complication and cost increase of working process caused by use of a working jig such as a dummy head in finishing of the cylinder bore of the cylinder block. <P>SOLUTION: The cylinder bore 4 is finished in such a state by pushing the portion of a bolt phase for fastening a cylinder head in a cylinder portion outer circumference 15 forming the inner face of a water jacket 6, that the rigidity of the pushed portion in a cylinder portion 5 against the pressure from the side of a cylinder body 4 (or the bearing pressure from grinding stone 43 by honing works) is enhanced with respect to other portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
