PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module manufacturing method capable of easily improving element density and to provide a thermoelectric conversion module.

SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module manufacturing method is provided with a process for forming an uncalcinated thermoelectric base material 13 including an uncalcinated frame member containing insulating ceramic powder and binder and having a plurality of holes formed so as to be extended in a prescribed direction in parallel with each other and a thermoelectric element raw material 10 containing raw material power of a thermoelectric material and arranged in the holes, and a process for extending the uncalcinated thermoelectric base material 13 in the prescribed direction in which the holes are extended.
