PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate incompatible feeling to a driver when a neutral position of a steering angleθdetected by a steering angle sensor 31 and a neutral position of a turned wheel deviate from each other. SOLUTION: When deviation of the neutral position is detected (S22: YES), a spring reaction force torque component Ta of a plurality of torque components for calculating target steering reaction force torque T* is reduced (S28), and a friction reaction force torque component Tb and a viscosity reaction force torque component Tc, i.e., other torque components are increased (S29). Thereby, since the steering reaction force torque in a direction for obstructing a linear advancement traveling of the vehicle is not acted and further the target steering reaction force torque T* is not rapidly varied by correction of increase of the other torque components Tb, Tc hence, the incompatible feeling relating to steering operation can be reduced.
