PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of electronic components of a charging control circuit by suppressing an output voltage of a rectification smoothing circuit even if a load current of a power receiving unit becomes small in an apparatus for contactlessly transmitting power. SOLUTION: The power receiving unit 20 includes an output voltage control circuit 5a between the rectification smoothing circuit 2 and the charging control circuit 3, wherein the output voltage control circuit 5a is provided with a control IC 6 having an on/off timer, first and second switching elements Q1, Q2, a constant voltage element Vz, and an intermittent constant voltage circuit for controlling the first and second switching elements Q1, Q2 using the control IC 6 for an output voltage exceeding a reference voltage when a load is light and turning on/off the constant voltage element Vz.
