PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend a content which a compatible user has used. SOLUTION: In this information processor, in step S1, a concept liked by a recommendation target user is extracted. In step S2, a type of the recommendation target user is determined. In step S3, a concept of the type of the recommendation target user is detected. In step S4, a concept (a correspondence concept) having prescribed relation with the detected concept is detected. In step S5, a type of the whole non-recommendation target user is determined. In step S6, a user of the type of the whole non-recommendation target user is detected as the non-recommendation target user. In step S7, cooperation filtering is performed based on taste information or an operation history of the recommendation target user, and taste information or an operation history of the non-recommendation target user, and the user recommended to the recommendation target user is determined based on a result thereof.
