PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoconductor which prevents an increase in the friction coefficient of the photoconductor surface caused when printing takes place for a long period of time or in large amounts, and which has sustainability of the low friction coefficient of the photoconductor surface, low wear properties and high durability, and which is particularly superior in cleaning capability on a polymerized toner (or a spherical toner), and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus equipped with the photoconductor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoconductor has at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer, successively layered on a photoconductor support, wherein the protective layer is formed by curing together at least a trifunctional or more radical polymerizable monomer having no charge transporting structure, a fluorine-based UV-curable hard coat agent, and a monofunctional radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure, and the protective layer contains lubricant fine particles.
