PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage facility in which various pipes or protective tubes for water and sewerage are laid down without bypassing the circumference of the facility and enabling the remarkable reduction of the material cost and laying cost of the pipes or the protective tubes. SOLUTION: In this rainwater storage facility, a pipe 16 or a protective tube 17 in which cables are contained is installed across the rainwater storage facility in which resin skeleton blocks 4 are three-dimensionally disposed inside the facility constructed by digging a ground 1. More specifically, the rainwater storage facility has a groove-like space 15 for laying down pipes in which the pipe 16 or the protective tube 17 traverses.
